Objective:Clinical observation on the effect of ischiorectal abscess multi-incision andfloating-threads drainage,to puts forward a better treatment for clinical treatment ofischiorectal abscess and guide the clinical treatment.Methods: Based on the ischiorectal abscess,diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria,60appropriate cases were divided randomly into two groups: the observed group (30cases)with multi-incision and floating-threads drainage; and the control group(30cases) withpurely multi-incision drainage. Both giving Waiyong Kuiyang; Postoperative pain、Urination disorder、Healing speed、Half a year anal function and Half a year follow-uprecurrence.Using the statistical softwear of SPSS17.0to analyze the result, to do doubleside inspection for the level of α=0.05.Results: Clinical studies show that,the observed group was better than the controlgroup in the main symptoms curative effect in treatment group(P<0.05),Such as painrelief(the second day to the fourth day,the fifth day to the seventh day)、healing speed;No significant difference in the symptoms curative effect, Such as the day after urinationdisorder、pain relief(the first day)and half a year follow-up recurrence、Half a year analfunction. No adverse reaction occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:The multi-incision and floating-threads drainage not only can make thegap unblocked, but also can protect the anal function.Having clear advantage on theoperation, for exzample, Strongly operational, high safety and the patient,pain is small.Inaddition,the operation can relieve pain effectively, speeding up the wound,healing.Provingthe operation was an Effective way to treat ischiorectal abscess.
