The Clinical Research On Mechanism Of Action Of Loose Medicated Thread-drawing In The Treatment Of Ischiorectal Abscess

Objective:For the purpose of studying the method of loose medicated thread-drawing in the treatment of ischiorectal abscess,and evaluating its clinical effect ,and exploring its mechanism of action. Methods:65 cases with ischiorectal abscess were divided into three groups.All of three groups were conducted primary and radical cure.30 cases were conducted with loose medicated thread-drawing, 20 cases were treatmented with loose thread-drawing,15 cases were applied no loose thread-drawing,And they were compared in the primary healing rate,the wound pain, healing time and exudate. Result: The therapeutical effect of loose medicated thread-drawing Is better compared with the others in terms of reducing exudate,shortening healing time,relieving pain,etc. Conclusion: The method of loose medicated thread-drawing is better in treatment of ischiorectal abscess.
