Clinical Study Of Qixing Dan To Promote The Wound Healing Time After Reaching The Standard Of Floating Line Removal After Low Position And Multi Gap Perianal Abscess

Objective:To explore the clinical value of Seven Star Dan in the postoperative dressing change by observing the influence of Seven Star Dan on the removal of the surface of the surface of the floating line after the operation of the floating line of the perianal abscess.Methods:60 patients were selected to be included in the standard,and then randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.All the two groups began to change the medicine at second days after the operation.Among the 30 cases of the treatment group,all the 30 cases were treated with the fly cloth with seven stars of the purple grass oil yarn in each incision and 30 cases in the control group were only changed by the purple herb oil gauze dressing,respectively.The daily secretion,granulation growth and secondary infection of the two groups were recorded.The volume of wound exudates and the granulation of wound on the nodes of each group were compared at second,fourth,seventh and 14 time after operation,and the time for the removal of the wound surface after the operation was recorded,and the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software,and the final conclusions were obtained.Results:After professional statistical analysis,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the general data of age,sex and course of disease(P >0.05),and the data of the two groups were comparable.The treatment group compared with the control group after second days of surgical treatment of the wound secretion,the development of granulation,analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),two groups in the 4 and 7days of the wound secretion control,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),14 daysafter the operation,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);two groups of wound growth of granulation in the wound,after hanging line There was no statistical significance for fourth days(P > 0.05).The difference was obvious in the seventh,fourteenth days after hanging line.The removal time of the floating line in the treatment group was 6.53±0.93 days after the operation,and the time of removal of the control group was 11.93±1.17 days.There was no significant difference between the liver and kidney function before and after the use of seven stars in the treatment group,and the use of surgical Dan was safe.Conclusion:The results showed that the time of wound removal in the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group by observing the wound secretion,the development of fresh granulation,secondary infection and the dismantling time of the two groups after the hanging line.The results showed that the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.It showed that seven star Dan had the effect of purulent,dispelling,producing muscle and relieving pain,which could promote the peeling off and discharge of the secretions after the operation and accelerated the growth of the granulation.It can obviously shorten the time when the wound surface reaches the suture time after the operation of low position and multi gap perianal abscess,and has a good clinical effect after dressing change.
