Clinical Trail Of Treating Functional Anorectal Pain By Changqiang(DU1) Acupoint Injection Combined With Chinese Materia Medica

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Changqiang(DU1) acupoint injection of methylene blue mixture combined with Xiaoyaosan oral treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency of functional anorectal Pain, evaluation of its efficacy and comparison the improvement of quality of life of before and after treatment.Methods:Selection of functional anorectal pain patients as research object, included60patients were randomly divided into2groups,30patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with Changqiang(DU1) acupoint injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine for oral Xiaoyaosan treatment, Xiaoyaosan decoctum of600ml, orally three times,and in the first to Changqiang(DU1) injection of methylene blue mixture10ml one times. The control group were only treated with oral Xiaoyaosan.2weeks for1courses, two courses were observed. Using Pian visual analog score to observe the change of pain before and after treatment in the two groups,markedly cases were observed of telephone follow-up three months. The Chinese version of SF-36before and after treatment in patients with quality of life survey, Evaluation of the role of two different treatment.Results:The two groups in age, sex, baseline before treatment the degree of pain were compared between the equilibrium, no statistical significance. After treatment, the treatment group8cases were cured,16cases markedly effective, effective5cases, invalid1cases, the cure rate was23.8%, total effective rate was71.4%; the control grouP3cases were cured,8cases markedly effective, effective14cases, invalid5cases, the cure rate was9.5%, total effective rate was33.3%, here were significant differences comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups. There was significant difference between two groups of clinical curative effect(P<0.01),the treatment group than the control group. The pain vas was difference significant in two groups patients before and after treatment(P0.01),the treatment group than the control group.Two groups of life improvement before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.01), between the two groups after treatment had obvious difference..P<0.01). The treatment group of3cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was4.4%, the control group of4cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was36.4%, the recurrence rate between the two groups had significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:Changqiang(DU1) acupoint injection of methylene blue mixture combined with oral medican treatment of functional anorectal pain has exact effct, significantly better than oral medicine.3months follow-up recurrence rate compared with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine was lower, and could improve the quality of life of the patients.
