Observation On Compound Of Methylene Blue Injection At Changqiang(DU1) Acupoint On Postoperative Analgesia Of The Downward Flow Of Damp-heat Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective To comprehensively evaluate the effect of compound of methylene blue injection at Changqiang(DU1)acupoint on postoperative pain?eduma?uroschesis.Methods 76 cases who met the study criteria in the anorectal department of Baoding No.1 Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into two groups according to the random number table method:each group are 38 patients,the gender,age,hemorrhoid installment,external hemorrhoid,postoperative incision,ligation number,pain tolerance of the two groups were statistically analyzed by P>0.05,showing no statistical difference.35 cases in the control group were given the wound injection with compound of methylene blue before the ending of surgery,35 patients in the treatment group were given compound of methylene blue injection at Changqiang(DU1)acupoint before the ending of surgery,VAS was adapted to record the postoperative rest pain score,the first defecation pain score,observe the sleep quality,the physical activity,postoperative urination,postoperative anus eduema,anus function,the wound healing condition between the two groups,and make a statistical analysis.Results 1 The sleep quality of the treatment group improved compared with the control group at the night after operation,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2 Within the group,cases were compared in the different time point after operation with a resting pain score of P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was stronger than the control group;The difference at the same time point was statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups.3 The two group's postoperative physical activity scores were compared P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4 The first postoperative defecation pain score,urinary condition,comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.5 There were no significant differences in the anal edema,wound healing time,and anal function between the two groups.6 Safety judgment: During the observation period,there were no adverse side effects in the two groups of patients.Conclusion 1 The compound of methylene blue injection at Changqiang(DU1)acupoint has positive effect on postoperative analgesia of the downward flow of damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids.The analgesic effect after surgery is stronger than that of wound injection.2 It is also of certain significance for improving the sleep quality of the night and physical activity after surgery.3 Compared with wound injection,Changqiang(DU1)acupoint injection can also effectively reduce the incidence rate of urinary retention after surgery,and simple acupoint injection operation,has better clinical application value.Figure 0;Table16;Reference 107...
