Observe Clinical Effect Of The Treatment To Functional Anal Anorectal Pain Using Biofeedback Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: observe the biofeedback combined with traditional Chinesemedicine (TCM) buzhong yiqi decoction and peony liquorice tonga decoctionfor treatment of functional anal anorectal pain clinical efficacy.Research methods: based on the functional anal anorectal pain RomanⅢ diagnostic criteria for selection of43patients as the research object.Patients were divided into experimental group and the control group, and thendo VAS score. the experimental group using the method is: Biofeedbacktherapy combined with traditional the Chinese medicine buzhong yiqidecoction and herbaceous peony liquorice decoction.(1) biofeedbacktreatment: treatment mainly adopts biofeedback electrical stimulation training,biofeedback and Kegel template3kinds of treatments. Treatment: the firstfour treatments for everyday, after every two days or three days at a time,each treatment, a total of60min,12times for a period of treatment, total1treatment course (about30days).(2) TCM: Chinese medicine treatment oforal Chinese medicine buzhong yiqi decoction and herbaceous peonyliquorice decoction, a dose of two days, a total of4weeks. Control usingmethod for oral Chinese medicine treatment, buzhong yiqi decoction andherbaceous peony liquorice decoction. Ditto the formulas, the two day oneagent, a total of4weeks. After treatment, the VAS score, quality of life healthassessment. Do the curative effect evaluation before and after the treatment;Comparing two sets of results. Results: The patients of functional anorectal pain by biofeedbacktherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) buzhong yiqidecoction and herbaceous peony liquorice decoction after1course oftreatment,4(17.4%), effective14people (60.9%), ineffective in5(21.7%),the total effective rate was78.3%. compared with control group, biofeedbacktreatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine group curative effect issuperior to the latter (P <0.05), which can significantly improve the cure rateand total effective rate. The VAS score significantly decreased after treatment(P <0.01); in addition to general health, mental health dimension integral nosignificant difference (P>0.05), compared with the control group theremaining life quality of SF-36of experimental group were increased (P <005).Conclusion: Biofeedback combined with buzhong yiqi decoction andherbaceous peony liquorice decoction can effectively alleviate the functionalanorectal pain clinical symptoms.
