Objective: To observe the efficacy and mechanism of compound danshen injectionclosed injecting changqiang acupoint in wound healing after the anal fissure operation.Methods: Select60patients with the anal fissure, including30cases of the treatmentgroup, the control group of30patients, randomly, anal fissure postoperation withcompound danshen injection closed injecting changqiang acupoint or no treatment.Detailedrecording vertical diameter, depth; pain, edema; granulation growth indicators duringwound dressing change, and score. Compare the average healing time, effects of symptomsand signs before and after wound dressing change,and the total therapeutic effect.Results: In the treatment group and the control group, the average healing time for(19.37±2.33) days and (21.47±2.48) days, the treatment group healed significantly fasterrate in the control group (P<0.01); Dressing1d, the treatment group of pain and edemawere100%,96.67%, and the control group were86.67%,83.33%, the treatment grouprelieved the pain and the edema superior to the control group (P<0.01,P<0.05); Dressing7d,the treatment group of pain and edema were100%,100%, and the control group were93.33%,90%the treatment group superior to the control group (P<0.01);14days, the totaleffective rate were100%,93.33%,the efficacy of the two groups had no significantdifference (P>0.05);21days, the total cure rate was93.33%,53.33%,and the effective ratewas100%,93.33%,two groups of clinical total efficacy has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compound danshen injection can activate blood circulation, eliminatestasis, cool blood swelling and relieve pain; and closed injecting changqiang acupoint can adjust meridian and blood, accelerate wound healing, ease the pain, swelling and eliminatediscomfort early symptoms and signs. |
