Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Yaoshu Point Injection On Functional Anorectal Pain

Objective: to observe the changes of visual analogue score,pain time,anxiety score and depression score in the treatment of functional anorectal pain by injection of lidocaine mixture at yaoshu point,and obtain the total effective rate.Methods: 30 patients with functional anorectal pain were included in the outpatient department of chengdu anorectal hospital.The mixture of lidocaine was injected at yaoshu point in week 1,week 2 and week 4,respectively.The changes of VAS score,anxiety score and depression score before and after treatment,1week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment were observed and compared.The changes of VAS score,pain time,anxiety score and depression score before and after treatment were observed and compared,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results :(1)after the first week of treatment,the scores of pain,anxiety and depression were significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)the scores of pain,anxiety and depression of the patients were significantly decreased after the second week of treatment compared with the first week of treatment(P<0.05).(3)the scores of pain,anxiety and depression of the patients were significantly decreased after the fourth week of treatment compared with the second week of treatment(P<0.05).(4)the scores of pain,anxiety and depression and the duration of pain were significantly decreased after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05).(5)after treatment,2 cases were cured,3 cases were obviously effective,17 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 73%.(6)during the treatment,1 patient developed numbness and weakness in the lower limbs,which improved after lying on the back for 2 hours.One patientpresented difficulty in urination,which was relieved by hot compress.Conclusion: injection of lidocaine mixture at yaoshu point has a good therapeutic effect on relieving pain degree,reducing pain time,anxiety and depression score of patients with functional anorectal pain,and can better improve the quality of life of patients.It can be used as a treatment for functional anorectal pain,and can be used as a reference for clinical treatment of functional anorectal pain,providing some ideas for the treatment of functional anorectal pain with the combination of Chinese and western medicine.
