Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of acupoint block in Changqiang point with Lappaconitine hydrobromide injection integrated with application of TCM on functional anal pain. Methods:15 cases were selected, whose symptoms, signs, auxiliary examination were consistent with functional anal pain, the selected patients were treated with accept the above-mentioned treatment, the main symptoms, signs and the results of auxiliary examination were observed prior treatment and posttreatment, and the treatment effect were assessed. Results:After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of 15 cases was 93.33%, the effective rate was 86.67% in 3-month postoperative follow-up, the main symptoms, signs and the results of auxiliary examination significantly improved after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion:The treatment program accorded to the overall concept and the NPC, combined the meridian theory of Chinese medicine with the neuromuscular theory of Western medicine,achieved the overall and partial synchronization adjust. By stimulating Changqiang Point, may activate the parasympathetic nerve, excited the cerebral cortex to promote self-excitation, so that constrainted the part of feeling pain and eliminated the other symptoms, this may be a better treatment of functional anal pain. After Treatment with Chinese medicine, the long-term efficacy and effective relapse prevention could be improved, the overall concept and the idea of both temporary and permanent cures were fully reflected, clinical efficecy was better, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine complemented each other, this treatment could be used as a better choice of treating functional anal pain.
