Study On The Curative Effect Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding In Treatment Of Stagnation Of Qi And Stasis Of Xue Of Functional Anorectal Pain Based On Minimally Invasive Treatment

Objective:The paper summarizes the ancient and modern literatures of Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of functional anorectal pain(FAP).To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in treatment of FAP by designing a standardized clinical randomized controlled trail,and to provide a new safe and effective treatment scheme of FAP.Methods:Selection of FAP patients as research object,included 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 in each group.The patients in control group were treated with Zhitong Rushen decoction,taken twice daily,4 weeks as a course.Treatment group using Zhitong Rushen decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding,taken once every 14 days,two times as a course of treatment,observe two courses.The main points were Changqiang,Yaoqi,Geshu,Daimai,Xuehai and the trigger point around Baliao.Observing the scores of minor syndrome quantization indices of traditional Chinese medicine,SF-36 scale scores and anxiety and depression self rating scores before and after treatment,scores of VAS before and 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.At the same time observe the adverse reaction.Results:During the study,3 cases in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group were excluded and fell off.27 cases in the treatment group and 26 cases in the control group were included in the statistics.The results are as follows:(1)VAS score:After treating,the score of VAS had a significant decrease(P<0.01).And the treatment group was superior to the control group.(2)TCM minor syndrome quantitative score:The difference of TCM syndrome score between the two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.01)after treatment.And TCM syndrome score decreased more obviously in treatment group(P<0.05).(3)Scores of SF-36 scale:After treatment,two groups have differences around the SF and MH((P<0.05),and the score of BP is significantly different(P<0.01).(4)Scores of SDS and SAS:The scores of SDS and SAS have significant differences before and after treatment in the two groups(P<0.01).And the treatment group has better curative effect than the control group(5)No serious adverse reactions and events related to the drugs and acupoint catgut embedding were found in both groups during the study.Conclusion:Treating with acupoint catgut embedding can relief the pain effectively.And it has obvious advantages in promoting the quality of life and relieving anxiety and depression to some extent.The effect of acupoint catgut embedding on functional anorectal pain is better than that of zhitong Rushen decoction...
