Objectives:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the STARR treatment on with severe prolapsed hemorrhoids. Methods:The randomized study was made in60patients with severe prolapsed hemorrhoids. The study group(30cases)received the treatment of STARR and the control group(30cases)received the treatment of PPH.Observe and evaluate effect complications and postoperative6months recurrence rate judgment about the safety and efficacy of STARR.Results Two surgical procedures have achieved the same nearby clinical effect. Between two groups, there were statistically significant differences in the operation times、weight of the specimen、hospital spending and the postoperative residual and the recurrence rate(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative complication between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: STARR treating for severe prolapsed hemorrhoids is a new technique with reliable and safe.lt could resect the tissue of pathological changes availably and completely so as to reduce the postoperative residual and the recurrence rate. |
