Objective:For the ?,? degree to prolapse as the main manifestation of hemorrhoids, from the modern minimally invasive surgical point of view,by comparing the overall efficacy, recurrence rate, safety, postoperative anal pain, rehabilitation speed and so on,to explore the pros and cons of modified TST surgery and suture two minimally invasive surgery than the simple improvement of TST surgery, designed to explore a better surgical program for ?,?degree prolapse hemorrhoids, which can maximum to improve efficacy, reduce postoperative complications and the recurrence rate. Methods:A total of 30 patients were randomly divided into trial group. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n= 15)(Surgery to take "modified TST combined with suturing")and control group(n=15)(Surgery to take "improved TST surgery").Results:In the overall cure rate, the two groups failed to show statistical value(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly shortened(P<0.05).And the treatment group in the amount of bleeding during surgery, the first postoperative defecation bleeding and postoperative pain were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in postoperative urine retention, anal bulge, anal stenosis, anal function score and postoperative recurrence rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:The two groups of patients were treated with satisfactory results and recovered well in the short term. However, the treatment group of surgical methods can reduce the pain and the risk of bleeding and shorten the course of treatment without affecting the treatment effect and increase the incidence of other complications. This is to say,the subject of the proposed joint surgery is consistent with the modern minimally invasive treatment, and it is a new method of treatment of hemorrhoids, which worthy of further clinical study.
