| Objective:To evaluation the clinical efficacy of xiangshaliujunzi Decoction in management of adverse reaction which caused by chemotherapy of the archenteric cancer.Methods:in order to determine the efficacy and safety of xiangshaliujunzi Decoction when applied for treatment of adverse reaction which caused by chemotherapy of the archenteric cancer. Randomized, clinical study was carried out in80subjects whose chemotherapy regimen is oral S-1(xiangshaliujunzi decoction treatment group:40cases and controlled group:40cases).Efficacy was assessed after four cycles. All parameters were analyzed by SPSS17.0statistical software. P<0.05was statistically significant.Results:we observed the xiangshaliujunzi Decoction in the managenment of adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy of the archenteric cancer.Digestive tract reaction and bone marrow suppression of Observation group after treatment were lower than that in control group (P<0.05), the KPS score and timely completion of chemotherapy of Observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05). the skin reaction of two groups was no significant difference after treatment.Conclusion:Xiangshaliujunzi decoction not only can improve the clinical symptoms such as digestive tract reaction and bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy, but also improve KPS score of the patients, xiangshaliujunzi decoction of observation group has no obvious side effects.The facts suggest that xiangshaliujunzi decoction is a kind of safe therapy. It is worth generalizing to clinical use. |
