The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia (Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency) By The Sini San And Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction

Objective By observing the clinical effect of Sini San and Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction on the functional treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,the study of the traditional Chinese medicine of Sini San and Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction on the function of dyspepsia was studied.The result will provides ideas and methods for preventing and treating FD of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type.Methods A total of 88 patients of FD were enrolled in the clinical trial from December 2017 to September 2019 in the outpatient clinic of Wuhan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,they are diagnosed by gastroscopy and carbon breath test,abdominal Bultrasound,abdominal CT examination and TCM differentiation.They were randomly divided into 2 groups.Statistical analysises of the two groups in gender,age,duration of disease,HAMA score,HAMD score,gastric motility function were not significant difference in plasma motilin(P>0.05).In the treatment group,thy need to drink 150 ml of Sini San and Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction every day half an hour befor breakfast?lunch and dinner;the control group was given moxapride citrate,they eat it 5 mg each,3 times a day,and drinking a warm water Before taking.Patients in both groups took 4 weeks as a course of treatment.During this treatment period,patients were instructed to maintain physical and mental pleasure,eat easily digestible foods,avoid eating foods which are too greasy,too cold,too overheating and spicy.they are forbidden to take other drugs(such as omeprazole,daxi)that may affect the results of this study.After the end of a course of treatment,we should determine the effect after treatment,and we should compare the main symptoms,minor symptoms,total effective rate,HAMA score,HAMD score,gastric motility function,and plasma motilin of the treatment group with the control group before and after treatment.whether there was a difference between the two groups after treatment,and the recurrence was observed 3 months after the end of the treatment,and whether there was a statistical difference was calculated.Results 1.Efficacy of main symptoms: The Sini San and Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction formula group(treatment group)has a significantly higher total effective rate of main symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type than the mosapride group(control group)(P<0.05).2.Secondary of Symptoms: Sini San and Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction and Mosapride can alleviate the discomfort of patients with FD of liver depression and spleen deficiency.However,Sini power modification can significantly improve the symptoms of gastric bloating,epigastric pain,heartburn,belching,and vomiting in patients,and it has significant statistical significance compared with the control group of Mosapiri(P<0.05).The main symptoms angsecondary symtoms of treatment group were better than that of the control group.3.The total effective rate(92.86%)of Sini San and Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction group(treatment group)after one course of treatment was significantly higher than that of moxapride(control group)(80.48%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The Sini san and xiangshaliujunzi decoction group(treatment group)was significantly better than the control group in gastric motility test,HAMA score,HAMD score,and motilin level after one course of treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group's gastric motility test and motilin level were improved significantly after treatment in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the differences in HAMA score and HAMD score were not statistically significant.5.Three months after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate in the control group(39.39%)was significantly higher than that in the treatment group(12.88%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.During the medication period,the two groups were treated smoothly with no obvious adverse reactions.After the treatment,the two groups did not find any abnormalities in the laboratory and inspection indicators after reexamination,We indicated that the traditional Chinese medicine formula is safe and effectiveand can be promoted for clinical use.Conclusions The addition and subtraction of Sini San and Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction and Mosapride can improve the clinical symptoms of FD of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Functional tests,HAMA score,HAMD score,and motilin level,the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the moxapride group,and there were no obvious adverse reactions.The Sini San and Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction is a more ideal drug for treating functional dyspepsia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.During the experimental observation in the two groups,no worsening of the disease or adverse drug events were occurred.It has been proved that the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type FD with Addition and subtraction of Sini San and Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction is reliable and effective,and its prescription is reasonable,the effect is accurate,safe and effective,and it is worthy to be used in clinical promotion.
