Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Modified Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction's Treatment Of Liver-spleen Disharmony Insomnia

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction treating insomnia of fire derived from stagnation of live,and evaluate its safety.Methods:The 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group had 36 patients.The treatment of experimental group was:danpi 10 g,chaozhizi 10 g,chaihu 10 g,chaobaizhu 15 g,baishao12g,danggui 12 g,fuling 30 g,xiangfu 10 g,shenglonggu 30 g,shengmuli 30 g,yejiaoteng15g,hehuanpi 12 g,shengmaiya 30 g.Drinking a dose of medicine everyday,blunt with200 ml of water,and divided into morning and evening two times.The treatment of control group was:shumian capsule,1.2g,bid.During the treatment,it is forbidden to take sleeping pills,prohibiting the use of all non drug therapy to treat insomnia.Patients who combine of other diseases and must take medicine,the medicine must be marked in the personal data.The duration of treatment was 4 weeks,the data from Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and symptomatic score chart of Chinese medicine of two groups were processed with SPSS22.0 to see the difference after the treatment.The patient's discomfort was recorded in the treatment,and compare each groups,difference of blood routine,liver function,renal function,and electrocardiogram after treatment,evaluate the safety of drugs objectively.Result:The treatment group and the control group sex,age,course of disease,found no statistically significant differences between the two groups were comparable(P > 0.05).Comparison of clinical efficacy:the treatment group and the curative effect of Six Gentlemen of the experimental results is recovered in 26.66%,effective 53.33%,10%improved,6.66% invalid,the total effective rate was 93.33%.The experimental results of the control group were 33.33%,markedly effective,improved by 10%,ineffective,and the total effective rate was about 83.33%,with a total effective rate of about 16.66%.After statistical test,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).At the same time after treatment,two groups of Pittsburgh sleep quality scale,TCM Syndrome Scale scores were compared before and after treatment,the score,statistical analysis showed that the treatment group and the control group were decreased,the treatment group and the curative effect ofSix Gentlemen Decoction compared with control group with Shumian capsule,sleep time,sleep in time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,abdominal distension,fatigue,etc.the total score decreased obviously,after statistical analysis,with statistical significance(P <0.05),the curative effect of Six Gentlemen Decoction in the treatment of liver and spleen can improve sleep and corresponding symptoms without insomnia.Conclusion:Modified Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction and Shumian capsules both are safe and effective.Modified Xiangshaliujunzi Decoction can significantly improve sleep quality and symptoms of patients,is worthy of further study and clinical use.
