| Objective:To observe whether XiangShaLiuJunZi Decoction has the effect of curing experimental spleen vacuity peptic ulcer.Approach the antiulcerative mechanism of XiangShaLiuJunZi Decoction Decoction.Methods:Use rhubarb combined with dietary irregularity method,water immersion stress method,acetic acid daubing method,pylorus ligation and indometacin method to reproduct rats' spleen vacuity peptic ulcer models.Results:XiangShaLiuJunZi Decoction Decoction has a conspicuous preventive effect on spleen vacuity peptic ulcer caused by water immersion stress method,pylorus ligation and indometacin method(compared to the model group P＜0.05,P＜0.01).It has a conspicuous preventive effect on spleen vacuity peptic ulcer caused by acetic acid daubing method(compared to the model group P＜0.01).It has no conspicuous effect on the quantity of gastric juice of spleen vacuity peptic ulcer caused by pylorus ligation.But it can depress the gastric acidity and the activity of pepsinum(compared to the model group P＜0.05).It can increase the content of SOD and decrease the content of MDA of spleen vacuity peptic ulcer caused by water immersion stress method.The content of 6-keto-PGF1αand serum IL-2 in stomach tissue increase(compared to the model group P＜0.05,P＜0.01)in the spleen vacuity peptic ulcer caused by acetic acid daubing method.The index of spleen and thymun increase(compared to the model group P＜0.01),while the content of serum gastrin decrease(compared to the model group P＜0.01)in the spleen vacuity peptic ulcer caused by acetic acid daubing method.The content of 6-keto-PGF1αin stomach tissue increase in the spleen vacuity peptic ulcer caused by indometacin method(compared to the model group P＜0.01).Conclusion:XiangShaLiuJunZi Decoction Decoction has a preventive and curative effect on experimental spleen vacuity peptic ulcer by reinforcing the ability of gastric mucosal defense and by reducing gastric mucosal damaging factors.
