Objectives:Our research selects the clinical nurses in maternal and child health hospital in Hunan province as the object to describe the situation of job burnout in clinical nurses and analyze its influence factors, and to provide the reference data for improving occupational health management and resource management of clinical nurses.Methods:Survey275clinical nurses in maternal and child health hospital in Hunan province by questionnaire with the method of cross-sectional study. The questionnaire content including:①General situation questionnaire:collect the demographic and job characteristics information of clinical nurses;②markov job burnout inventory (MBI-HSS):evaluate the job burnout current situation of clinical nurses;③turnover intention scale (TIS):to analyze the quit intention level of clinical nurses. One week after the questionnaire distributed to recycle, all valid data input SPSS16.0statistical package and describe with composition ratio, mean, standard deviation and analyze by t test, F test, χ2test and so on.Results:1. The demographic characteristics of clinical nurses Respondents (n=275) were with an average age of31.13years and average job age of11years.And themarital status was given priority to with married (184,66.91%); Education was given priority to with bachelor degree (195,70.9%); And there were200people officially enrolled which accounted70.91%;The title was given priority to with nurses practitioner; The position in the majority with a nurse (260cases,94.55%) and the most workers were in the obstetric department (83cases,30.18%); Annual revenue was mainly in the6-90000yuan/year (226cases,82.18%); The needing to shift work was the most among the nurses(170cases,61.82%).2. The job burnout status of clinical nurses Survey the job burnout of275clinical nurses by using international general markov job burnout inventory-human service version (MBI-HSS), the detection rate was62.55%.According to the three dimensions of job burnout measurement:positive emotional failure(126,45.82%), positive worth depersonalizing(115,41.82%),positive personal accomplishment(49,17.82%).3. The clinical nurses’ willingness of leaving The departure intend to higher levels or high nurse reached80%by the turnover intention scale (TIS) questionnaire, indicates that nursing team is in a state of flux.4. Analysis the influence factors of job burnout Shift and departure were the main influencing factors of job burnout among clinical nurses, the job burnout degree of nurses who needing to shift work was higher than who not, and the feeling of job burnout was the strongest of nurses who with high willingness.Conclusions:1. The62.55%of clinical nurses job burnout were feeling positive and at secondary job burnout levels, emotional exhaustion and worth depersonalising degree is greater than the norm, personal accomplishment is higher than the norm.2. There was80%of nurses turnover intention high or very high in this hospital, which indicated that nurses team was in a state of flux.3. Turnover intention and shift were the influence factors of job burnout.4. Position, job age, personal accomplishment were the main influencing factors of clinical nurses leaving intend.
