Objective: By observing the thermal effect of residual urine in patients with type 2DNB urinary retention amount,TCM syndrome integral, the influence of fasting and postprandial blood glucose and other indicators,in order to understand thermal moxibustion in the treatment of type 2 DNB urinary retention of the clinical curative effect, for clinical treatment of type 2 provides the new ideas to the DNB urinary retention. Methods: from October 2016 December--2017 year in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with diabetic neurogenic bladder urinary retention the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of 66 cases of patients, according to the admission date and serial number of outpatient sum take control mantissa, random number table, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group and control group of 33 cases. All of the patients of treatment group and control group given diabetes diet, education, sports, blood sugar monitoring, bladder training, lipoic acid 0.6 g + 0.9% NS250 ml ivgtt qd and other treatment, and choose according to condition of oral medication or insulin to control blood sugar, blood sugar control in the ideal level(4.4 ~ 7 tendency for L,fasting glucose postprandial blood glucose 2 h 4.4 ~ 10 tendency/L),glycosylated hemoglobin 6.5% ~ 8%.Patients with urinary tract infection and severe urinary retention were treated with antibiotics and intermittent catheterization. In the experimental group, the control group on the basis of,to Shui Dao,Qihai,Guan Yuan,in the main points for the heat sensitive moxibustion,Qi deficiency, plus Zu San Li,Deficiency of kidney yang, plus Tai Xi;Accumulation of dampness and blood stasis, plus Xue Hai,Stagnation of liver qi and qi stagnation, plus Yang Ling Quan;Dampness and heat injection, plus San Yin Jiao.Result:(1)the experimental group and control group in the two groups in age, sex, course of the disease, treatment before fasting plasma glucose, postprandial blood glucose 2 h,TCM syndrome integral, and residual urine volume, etc.,through statistical analysis,P > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference, the value of further research.(2)the experimental group and control group in the two groups after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome integral and residual urine volume, after statistics analysis,P < 0.05,explain thermal moxibustion combined lipoic acid is alone lipoic acid in the treatment of type 2 DNB urinary retention effect is more significant.(3)the experimental group and the control group after treatment of two groups of patients,2 h postprandial blood glucose, fasting glucose(P > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,in foundation treatment after making glucose control standard,heat-sensitive moxibustion combined lipoic acid and lipoic acid therapy has not been type 2 DNB impact on blood sugar,(4)the experimental group and the control group were compared between the fasting blood glucose and the postprandial 2h blood glucose before and after the treatment, and P<0.05,indicating that the patient's blood glucose control was good during the test.(5)the total effective rate after treatment was 93.3%,and the total effective rate was 46.7% after treatment. Conclusion: 1.Thermal moxibustion can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with type 2 DNB urinary retention and reduce the residual volume of bladder urine.2.The effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion for the treatment of type 2 DNB urinary retention is remarkable, and the economy is convenient,no side effects,no sequelae, patients are easy to be accepted, etc.and the safety is good, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.3.The effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with thiocyanic acid is better than that on the treatment of type 2 DNB urinary retention.
