Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of lidocaine bladder perfusion combined with shenshu point method and single-pure yu-raising therapy on the neurogenic urinary incontinence after spinal cord injury. Methods: This study was a randomized controlled trial..A total of 64 patients with neurogenic urinary incontinence after spinal cord injury were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 32)and control group(n = 32).The treatment group was treated with the combination of lidocaine bladder perfusion and shen shu acupoint acupuncture.First, the bladder perfusion was performed with 5ml of 2% lidocaine hydrochloride and 45 ml 0.9% saline configuration solution and told patients lie on the back of the 10 min,and then left and right side for each 5min,to make the configuration liquid and the bladder wall fully in contact, reduce the excitability of the bladder, and improve the urinary function of the bladder, which lasted one time(except Saturday),and lasted for 8 weeks,a total of 40 times. Then acupuncture was performed according to the method described in the control group. The control group of yu's recruitment hole: Qi hai, guan yuan, zhongji, shen shu(double),qi hai shu(double),bladder shu(double),subliao(double). The patients were given lateral decubitus position to sterilize the local skin of acupuncture points, acupuncture after the completion of the connection WQ-including 10 meter adopts continuous wave stimulation, each retaining needle 30 points,1 times a day(except Saturday day),for 8 weeks,a total of 40 times. The first week of the two groups was the screening period, the first week to the eighth week for treatment, and the week 9 through 12 was followed by the follow-up period, the evaluation time point: 8th and 12 th weeks.Observation indexes: Based on the average 24 h leakage of urine in 72 h diuretic log card, the change of urine volume in 1h pad test, the international urine incontinence advisory committee questionnaire(ICIQ-SF scale). Results: 8 weeks after the treatment, compared with the baseline period, the average degree of 24 h urine leakage and 1 h urine pad test leakage of urine of two group were lower(P < 0.05),and ICIQ-SF scale scores were also significantly lower(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group(P < 0.05),the comparison between the two groups was found to be significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05)in the treatment group with the average of 24 h leakage, the change of urine volume in 1h pad test and the score of iciq-sf scale. The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.6%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 78.1%.Conclusion: Lidocaine bladder perfusion combined with the acupuncture point method can improve the efficacy of patients.
