ObjectiveStress urinary incontinence is a common clinical disease. There is a high prevalence in adult women, andunconsolidation of the kidney-qi type stress urinary incontinence is a common type of SUI.Which seriously affects the physical andmental health of the patient, even entire families. At present, the way of the treatment of stress urinary incontinence is multitudinous, and the curative effect of it is different.Acupuncture is more widely applied in clinical practice, the treatments are numerous, and which have different curative effects. In order to find the best way to improve the curative effect of treatment unconsolidation of the kidney-qi type of stress urinary incontinence, this study uses electric acupuncture and needle warming moxibustion by observing thecurative effect.Disease-oriented treatment programs providetoa scientific basis for the practice.MethodsUsing of a simple random number table grouping method, the 68 patients who met the inclusion criteria was divided into electric acupuncture treatment group(hereinafter referred to as the curative group)and needle warming moxibustion treatment group(hereinafter referred to as wen needle group),and 34 cases were in each group. The curative group was given acupuncture by using Ciliao point,Huiyang point,Shenshu point,Zusanli point, and Sanyinjiao point(the points were on both sides),and in the bilater Ciliao and Huiyang point was with electric acupuncture. The wen needle group was given the same points, and in the bilater Ciliao and Huiyang point was with needle warming moxibustion. Both groups were needled every other day,3times a week, totally for 6 weeks. All of the patients were followed up for 12 weeks after treatment,a total of 18 weeks.Use internationally recognized :72h urine diary card,1h urine pad test, incontinence advisory committee on international questionnaire summary table(ICIQ-SF,scale),bladder residual urine volume and clinical curative effect observation, which respectively were observed before and after treatment, and then statistical analysis was performed.Result1.In the process of experiment,a patient from wen needle group was eliminated from the experiment, whom could not tolerate the smell of the overflow when were burned moxa sticks. So the actual quantity of this experiment in the curative group and the wen needle group represently was 34 patients and 33 patients.2.After six weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy cure rate of the patients in the curative group was 11.76%,and the rate of effective was 91.18%.Meanwhile the cure rate in the wen needle group was 9.10%,and the left was 87.88%.Comparison of the both group which showed no significant difference in curative effects(P>0.05),which illustrated that the both in the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of unconsolidation of the kidney-qi type of FSUI were no significant difference.3.Whether it was 2weeks or 18 weeks the both groups after treatment, which was compared before treatment in curative effectindexs, such as quality of urinary incontinence of 72 h urine diary card,1h urine pad test, bladder residual urine volume and ICIQ-SF scale,it had a obvious difference(P<0.05).Which illustrated the two treatments in both the short and long term view, all had a great curative effect.4.Two groups were compared when it was after 2weeks of treatmentin curative effect indexs, such as quality of urinary incontinence of 72 h urine diary card,1h urine pad test,ICIQ-SF scale and bladder residual urine volume, there was no obvious difference(P>0.05).In short term, which meant the two regimens had a considerable amount of effect in improving these curative effect indexs.5.When it was after 18 weeks of treatment, two groups were compared in the effect on 1h urine pad test, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Which meant the two regimens in improving1 h pad test leak had a considerable amount of effect. But it had aobviousdifference(P<0.05)in other curative effect indexs, such as quality of urinary incontinence of 72 h urine diary card,ICIQ-SF scale, and bladder residual urine volume.Which described that the curative group was better than wen needle group in the long-term perspective in improving the curative effect indexs, such as quality of urinary incontinence of 72 h urine diary card,ICIQ-SF scale, and bladder residual urine volume.Conclusion:1.Electric acupuncture treatment and needle warmingmoxibustiontreatment on the treatment of unconsolidation of the kidney-qi type of FSUI had a significant curative effect, which could distinctly improve the degree of incontinence and the clinical symptoms.2.In the short-term effect, not only electric acupuncture but also needle warming moxibustion had a good effect. And in the long run, electric acupuncture therapy efficacy was generally better curative effect than warm needling therapy.3.Electric acupuncture therapy in the treatment of unconsolidation of the kidney-qi type of female stress urinary incontinence is more worthy of extensive promotion and application.
