| Purpose:Through the observation the clinical efficacy and safety of theDa Yu Tang Jiajian for the treatment of chronic epididymitis patients with ganyuqizhi type. It is to determine the clinical efficacy and safety of Da Yu TangJiajian for the treatment of chronic epididymitis patients with ganyu qizhi type,it is to provide a strong basis for the application and promotion of this methods.Methods: By random contrast method, the clinical study is divided intothe treatment group and the control group. Chronic epididymitis were observedon60patients with ganqi yuzhi type.60patients were randomly dividedintotreatment group (30cases) and the control group (30cases). There were30cases in treatment group,3cases aged15-20years,10cases aged20-30years,15cases aged31-40years and2cases aged41-50years；course fromsix months to twelve months7cases, from one year to two year13cases,10cases of more than two year;The treatment group is30patients, to takeself-made prescription of Da Yu Tang Jiajian. For Each pair of traditionalChinese Medicine water decocted juice300ml,150ml/times, Two times a dayorally. There were30cases in control group,2cases aged15-20years,9cases aged20-30years,14cases aged31-40years and5cases aged41-50years；course from six months to twelve months7cases, from one year to twoyear11cases,12cases of more than two year;to take Levofloxacinhydrochloride capsules (Anhui Sanjing Wansen Pharmaceutical CompanyLimited, Specifications of each grain of0.1g, Approval number: The countrymedicine accurate character Z20066206.)0.2g/times, two times a day orally.The treatment time:30days. Patients were age, severity and durationcomparable by statistical analysis (P〉0.05). The clinical observation andstatistical analysis of60cases, it is in order to make objective assessment toits safety and efficacy.Results: Actual entry was found in60cases, including culling andshedding cases were0cases,60cases of statistical case number.Comprehensive effect assessment: the total effective rate of the treatment group is90.0%, the control group is80.0%. The two group by X2Test analysisshow that the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Da Yu TangJiajian groups is better than the Levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules groups onthe treatment of chronic epididymitis patients with ganyu qizhi type. The twogroups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine on：the total effective rateof the treatment group is90.0%,the control group is80.0%. The two group by TTest analysis show that the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Thetreatment groups are supuriored for the control groups in TCM Syndromeimprovement. Safety evaluation: two groups of safety index is not significantdifference before and after treatment (P>0.05), it is show that the safety indexhas no influence after treatment.Conclusion:After the clinical efficacy,safetyindex,symptom improvementand other aspects of the statistical analysis, the results show that Da Yu TangJiajian for the treatment of chronic epididymitis patients with ganyu qizhi type issuperior to evofloxacin hydrochloride capsules groups.It can treat chronicepididymitis with Da Yu Tang Jiajian,which can not only signinficantly improvedin patients with epididymal bulge pain,radiating pain and epididymalinduration,but can also improve the quality of life and immunity of patients.Itshow that Da Yu Tang Jiajian is an effective prescription in treating chronicepididymitis,and no obvious side effect. |
