Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Ningxin Jieyu Decoction Combined With Auricular Point Embedding Bean In Treating Frequent Premature Ventricular Beats Of Ganyu Qizhi Tanhuo Raoxin Syndrome

Objective: through randomized and controlled trials,observe clinical curative effect of the Ningxin Jieyu decoction combined with Auricular Point embedding Bean in treating frequent premature ventricular beats(FVPB)of Ganyu Qizhi Tanhuo Raoxin syndrome,explore the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of FVPB,and study mechanism of this method,to provide an effective way for the treatment of arrythmia.Methods: Collected 60 patients who meet the requirements in Sichuan Province Chinese medicine hospital outpatient department of Cardiology and Department of Cardiology inpatient department from October 2016 to November 2018.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with conventional dose of metoprolol tartrate tablets,while the experimental group was treated with the self-made Decoction of " Ningxin Jieyu decoction "(boil-free granules)combined with Auricular Point embedding Bean,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of symptoms,signs,heart rate,premature beat times of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram,Lown grading of PVB were observed before and after treatment and make a statistical analysis.Results: 1.Before treatment,the two groups of patients with gender,age distribution,body mass index,duration of disease and other general data analysis was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups of patients were comparable.2.The total score of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference.3.After treatment,the number of ventricular premature beats of 24 hours DCG in two groups was significantly reduced,and the treatment group was better than control group with statistical significance.After treatment,the comparison of HRV results showed: two groups of patients all sinus RR interval standard deviation(SDNN),the average value of the whole standard of 5 consecutive min sinus RR interval difference(SDANN),the entire difference between adjacent sinus RR interval RMS(RMSSD),the number of beats neighbor RR interval difference was greater than 50 ms percentage(PNN50)were higher than before;comparison between groups,the indicators of overall treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group in SDNN,RMSSD and PNN50,with statistical significance.After treatment,the Lown grading of ventricular premature beats in two groups was both reduced,and the treatment group was better than control group with statistical significance.4.After treatment,it was suggested that treating group didn't reduce the slowest heart rate of patients by analyzing date,with significant difference.Data analysis after treatment suggested that the treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in the antihypertensive effect.Conclusion: Ningxin Jieyu decoction combined with Auricular Point embedding Bean can obviously relieve the main symptoms of FVPB,and can significantly reduce the total number of ventricular premature beats in patients with FVPB,improve heart rate variability and Lown classification at the same time,also showed good safety.
