Clinical Study Of The Treatment Of Chronic Epididymitis With Modified Xianfa–Nghuo Mingyin Decoction

Objective: To observe the Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin with increasing chronic epididymitis (Chronic epididymitis) clinical efficacy, and from the theoretical basis and clinical research into Xian Fang Huo Ming Yintwo aspects in the treatment of chronic epididymitis mechanism.Methods: The clinical inclusion criteria of patients with chronic epididymitis, 73 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (37 cases)and the control group (36 cases). There were 37 cases in treatment group, 17 cases aged 20-30 years, 14 cases aged 31-50 years and 6 cases aged 51-60 years;course from March to May 9 cases, 6-December 20 cases, 8 cases of more than 1 year; Unilateral epididymitis, 26 cases and bilateral in 11 cases. Control group of 36 patients, aged 20-30 years in 16 cases, 14 cases aged 31-50 years ,51-60 years 6; course from March to May 9 cases, 6-December 19 cases, 8 cases of more than 1 year; Unilateral epididymitis, 26 cases and bilateral in 10 cases. Patients were age, severity and duration comparable by statistical analysis (P〉0.05). Control group, 36 cases of oral levofloxacin 0.2g, twice daily, oral. Treatment group can significantly improve or eliminate epididymis scleroma, testicular swelling, pain, and epididymis down under the radiation to the abdomen and legs ipsilateral internal and other symptoms, its curative effect is better than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin not only can obviously improve the patients with chronic epididymitis, testis and epididymis scleroma, pain, swelling epididymis down under the radiation to the abdomen and legs ipsilateral internal wait for a symptom, still can improve the quality of life of the patients, and adjust the machine body immunity of patients.Research has confirmed that Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin is a flavored treatment of chronic epididymitis and effective prescriptions, and patients with chronic epididymitis without obvious adverse reaction.Its mechanism maybe is Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin can invigorate acetanilide, antibacterial antiphlogistic, adjust the immune, improvement of microcirculation.
