ObjectiveFunctional constipation is a common clinical disorder of gastrointestinal function,which is characterized by constipation,or defecation time interval extension,difficulties and the meaning is to the disease.Combining literature research and teacher for many years experience in clinical treatment of the common constipation that Qixu and Qizhi,mainly because with the Ganyu and Pixu,Combining literature research and mentors in the clinical experience of treating constipation,withSoothing the liver and invigorating the liver,invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi as the main treatment,proposed " Chaishao Sijun Jiawei Decoction " treatment "Qixu and Qizhi type"Chronic Functional Constipation.On functional constipation of clinical observation and experimental study,to explore the " Chaishao Sijun Jiawei Decoction " effect on the treatment of functional constipation,which will provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment of functional constipation.Methods1.Literature research:on the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM of chronic functional constipation and evidence-based medicine,western medicine of popular sexology,pathogenesis,treatment and so on,analyzed its research.Refer to other test and clinical research,according to the conditions,we now can to develop a complete and scientific test method.2.Clinical research methods:using randomized,controlled method,will be up to the standard of the Chinese and western medicine diagnosis of functional constipation patients into,is divided into two groups,treatment group with " Chaishao Sijun Jiawei Decoction " water decoction,Mosapride will benefit oral control group." Chaishao Sijun Jiawei Decoction " on the clinical effect of the treatment of functional constipation,symptoms improved after treatment efficacy,compared the two groups after treatment to improve curative effect.3.Experimental research methods:hunger disorder,bundling and qi deficiency of excessive fatigue and gas secret model mice,in which based on compound diphenoxylate to create a model of constipation.Divided into normal group,Mosapride will benefit group,model group,high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group,observation " Chaishao Sijun Jiawei Decoction " effect on defecation function in mice.Result1.Clinical research results:through the Chinese medicine group(Chaishao Sijun Jiawei Decoction)and western medicine group(Mosapride)clinical observation," Chaishao Sijun Jiawei " of traditional Chinese medicine group total effective rate was 93.33%;" Mosapride " of the western medicine group total effective rate was 86.67%,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group after treatment,the stool properties,laborious,defecation time interval,defecation time defecate,abdominal distension,chest side the new full,belching,early dose dependent,and sufficient dose of Chinese traditional medicine than western medicine group effectively.(2)the first day of the model group,three days,five days,respectively,compared with normal
