The Clinical Study Of "Xingnaokaiqiao” Acupuncture Treatment Combined With Moxamoxibustion On The Treatment Of Post-Stroke Depression

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ‘Xing Nao Kai Qiao’ acupuncture treatment combined with moxibustion on the treatment of post-stroke depression.Method:72 patients who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.On the basic of modern rehabilitation and psychological counseling,the treatment group received ‘xing nao kai qiao’ acupuncture treatment combined with moxa moxibustion,while the control group received ‘xing nao kai qiao’ acupuncture therapy.The degree of Neurological deficit scale Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDSS)score were followed up before treatment,after 2 weeks,4 weeks and after 1 month.The change of the score of the two groups and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of treatment were compared and the date were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results:(1)after treatment,the two groups’ scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the scale of never function defect scale reduced.And after 4 weeks,there has a significant difference of the treatment group and control group from previous treatment(P<0.05).So we can know the two groups were all effective.(2)Compared with the control group,the differences of each scale was statistically significant after four weeks treatment.It shows that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)After 1 months treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the long-term effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with ‘xing nao kai qiao’ can improve the depressive state of the patients and is an effective method for the treatment of post apoplectic depression.
