The Meta Analysis Of Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo Mainly By Acupunctuirng Jingjiaji Points

Objective: Evaluating the curative effect of acupuncture treatment of cervicalvertigo mainly by acupuncturing Jingjiaji points。Method: In accordance with the requirement of evidence-based medicine systematicevaluation and the standard of the work book of international evidence-based medicinecenter, Cochrane collaboration network, the thesis searches some generally-accepteddomestic data base from January2003to December2012, by both computer and hand. Thesearching strategies are made according to different data bases, which decide the materialsthat should be used or omitted. Finally, the Review Manager5.1, software of Cochranecollaboration network is used to make the statistical analysis.Result: After screening,35articles are analyzed by Meta analysis, which is scored aslow-quality studies by Jadad. It includes3160cases of illness, dealing with19methods ofacupuncture. According to the different measures of the therapy group and the controlledgroup,28studies of them are divided into four groups to make comparison. The resultshows that the RR[95%CI] is1.35[0.94,1.94] of the therapy of only acupuncturingJingjiaji points compared with medicine；The RR[95%CI]is1.20[1.09,1.31] of the therapyof acupuncturing Jingjiaji points with help of other therapies compared with the medicine；The RR[95%CI] is1.20[1.15,1.26] of the therapy of acupuncturing Jingjiaji points withhelp of other therapies compared with only acupuncturing;The RR [95%CI] is1.24[1.11,1.39] of the therapy of acupuncturing Jingjiaji points with help of physiotherapycompared with physiotherapy.The other7studies are not analyzed by Meta analysisbecause the intervention strategies can not be unified and classified.Conclusion: The treatment of cervical vertigo mainly by acupuncturing Jingjiaji points is effective. This treatment accompanied with other therapies is more effective,compared with the group by medicine therapy, by the therapy of only acupuncturing, andby physiotherapy. The therapy of only by acupuncturing Jingjiaji points does not haveadvantage over the medicine therapy. The research looks forward to more studies to makecomplementary analysis, in order to find a more reliable and effective therapy.
