The Clinical Study On Zishen Yishen Decoction In Treating PMS Of Deficiency Of Kidney Yin

Objective: Observe the mechanism of the Zishen Yishen decoction to the treatmentmethod of perimenopausal syndrome and depression symptoms.Methods:64casesdiagnosed patients were randomly divided into the treatment group32,with the herbdecoction.32cases to the control group with Chinese patent medicine.8weeks for a periodof treatment,before and after the treatment,all the patients’ serum E2,FSH,LH,INHB,5-HT,OFQ and the patient’s Kupperman score,TCM syndrome,the total standard points of SDSshould been separately record.The total standard points of SDS in metaphase also shouldbeen separately record.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was96.88%,control group,the total efficiency of75.00%.Compare two groups of curative effect,with asignificant difference,the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group.Comparison of two groups of modified Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score aftertreatment,the difference was significant (P＜0.05).The treatment group improved moresignificantly the symptoms.Comparison of two groups in a single TCM symptoms curativeeffect after the treatment,the difference was significant (P＜0.05), exception oropharyngealdry symptom.Comparison of two groups of SDS standards after treatment,the differencewas significant (P＜0.05).The level of E2,FSH,LH and INHB showed no significantdifference.The treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group in zhelevel of5-HT.OFQ level in treatment group was significantly lower than the controlgroup.Conclusion: The Zishen Yishen decoction can effectively improve the clinicalsymptoms in patients with PMS, alleviate the symptoms of depression.
