Effect Of Zishen Shugan Decoction With Early Pregnancy Of Infertile Patients With IVF-ET For Adenomyosis

Objective: To investigate the effect of Zishen Shugan decoction with early pregnancy in women with IVF-ET of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation in adenomyosis.Methods: The June 2015 to February 2016,clinic in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine reproductive medicine clinic of 100 cases of kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation type uterine gland myopathy associated with infertility desire in the long program promoting ovulation was performed on the natural cycle of freezing and thawing embryo transplantation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group with 50 cases in each.Treatment group was treated with Shugan Zishen decoction,the control group received no treatment.To observe the two groups of subjects in frozen thawed embryo transfer endometrial thickness and pattern;28 days after 14 days after transplantation,the two groups of h CG level,transplanting the clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate;after treatment in the two groups of clinical symptoms changes.Results:(1)The treatment group and control group after 14 days-HCG levels were 576.38 ± 275.33 m IU/ml,410.16 ± 307.47 m IU/ml,two groups after 14 days of-HCG level comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)After transplantation,the two groups of 28 days of clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate of treatment group was 57.14%,respectively,and 35.55%,control group 36.00%,21.97%.28 days after transplantation,the two groups of clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate were compared,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)The clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 67.35%,the control group was 50%,the efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the endometrial thickness before transplantation,the treatment group was 9.63±1.38 mm,the control group was 9.02±1.42 mm,the endometrial thickness in the treatment group was thicker than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the endometrial morphology of the treated group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)in the treatment group after treatment TCM syndrome score for 9.22±1.57,efficiency 93.88%.After the control treatment group,TCM syndrome score for 17.60±3.93,efficiency is 14.00%,compared before and after treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Zishen Shugan decoction can significantly improve the kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation type of uterine adenomyosis infertility patients undergoing IVF-ET in patients transplanted with 14 days after h CG level comparison,clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate and curative effect is better than that of the control group.(2)Zishen Shugan decoction can significantly improve kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation type of adenomyosis with infertility patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)transplantation in patients with endometrial thickness and morphology.(3)The clinical symptoms of the liver and kidney nourishing decoction can obviously improve the kidney deficiency and liver stagnation of adenomyosis patients with infertility.
