Clinical Observation Of Yishen Tiaogan Decoction In The Treatment Of Before And After Menopause Syndrome(Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Kidney Deficiency)

Objective:Through observing the clinical effect of yishen tiaogan Decoction in the treatment of before and after the menopause syndrome(syndrome of liver depression and kidney deficiency),comparing the improvement of symptoms and the change of hormone level of the two groups before and after treatment,objectively evaluating the feasibility and safety of yishen tiaogan Decoction in the treatment of this disease,and exploring its clinical treatment effect and advantages.Methods:This topic plans to watch cases,72 cases,choose between January 2019 and December 2019 in Jilin Province before and after the menopause syndrome of traditional Chinese gynecology clinic(syndrome of liver depression and kidney deficiency)patients.It is divided into two groups at random.The treatment group was treated with yishen tiaogan Decoction and the control group was treated with dingkundan,a traditional Chinese medicine,for three months.There were 11 cases of abscess in the course of disease,including 5 cases in the treatment group,6 cases in the control group,and 61 cases in the actual group.The observation indexes were the improvement of TCM syndromes and the changes of serum LH and FSH before and after treatment in the two groups,and the comparison between groups before and after treatment was conducted,and the statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes and main symptoms,the score of single TCM syndromes,and the serum values of LH and FSH in the two groups were significantly reduced,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The results showed that: in the treatment group of 31 cases,there were 8 cases of cure,12 cases of obvious effect,7 cases of effective and 4 cases of ineffective,the total effective rate was 87.10%.In the control group,there were 30 cases,including 2 cases of cure,10 cases of obvious effect,12 cases of effective,and 6 cases of ineffective respectively,with a total effective rate was 80.00%.According to statistical analysis,yishen tiaogan decoction group had better efficacy(P<0.05).The results showed that: theyishen tiaogan decoction group had more advantages in the treatment of hot sweating,irritability,depression,insomnia,back pain,and chest pain.After treatment,the serum values of LH and FSH in the two groups decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of yishen tiaogan decoction,which had a statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through research,yishen tiaogan decoction has definite curative effect in the treatment of liver depression and kidney deficiency syndrome before and after menopause.It has more advantages in total effective rate and symptom relief than dingkundan group,especially in the improvement of heat and sweat,irritability and irritability,chest and flank swelling pain,etc.,which is safe and effective without any adverse reactions.It can be further studied and popularized in clinical.
