| Objective:To observe Zishen Qinggan decoction treatment of type2diabetes associated with clinical depression. Chinese medicine for the treatment of type2diabetes associated with depression to provide new ideas new methods.Methods:40cases of diabetes associated with depression were randomly divided into two groups. Control group,20cases be based mental+Western hypoglycemic therapy; treatment group,20cases be based on psychological+Zishen Qinggan decoction medicine hypoglycemic therapy. To four weeks as a course of treatment, a total of three courses. Before and after treatment TCM clinical symptoms, self-rating depression scale, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score and fasting plasma glucose (FBG) and postprandial glucose (PBG) changes and Glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc) changes.Results:(1) treatment group after12weeks, FBG, PBG, HbAlc compared with before treatment was statistically significant (p<0.05), HAMD, SDS score compared with before treatment with a statistically significant (p<0.01). After12weeks of treatment, TCM clinical symptom score with statistically significant (p<0.01).(2) the treatment group compared with the control group, after12weeks of treatment FPG, PPG, HbAlc, HAMD, SDS score was statistically significant (p<0.05). The treatment group compared with the control group, after12weeks of treatment with TCM clinical symptom score was statistically significant (p<0.01). Show Zishen Qinggan decoction type2diabetes associated with depression have better clinical efficacy.Conclusion:Zishen Qinggan decoction can reduce blood sugar levels, slow disease progression and improve quality of life. Reduce type2diabetes in patients with clinical symptoms of depression incidence and reduce the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale total score and integration, especially sleep, anxiety and symptoms of delayed reaction points. The prescription antidepressant, glycemic control, disease prognosis in the development of three aspects play an important role. |
