| objective:To observe the effect of Decoction of ZiShen QingXin of ovarian cells around menopause rats, explore the mechanism of treatment of climacteric syndrome.Method:The recession of perimenopausal ovarian function situation in a rat model of naturalaging simulation, Observation of Decoction of ZiShen QingXin in high, medium and low dose group, Remifemin groups in a month later and Compared with model group and young control group the differences in serum and ovarian apoptosis. To observe the different level of E2ã€FSHã€LHã€CGRP in serum and apoptosis of ovarian related factors in rats with BCL-2, BAX protein expression and gene index.Result:1. Decoction of ZiShen QingXin increase the E2 level while decrease FSHã€LH in serum.2. Decoction of ZiShen QingXin could decrease CGRP in serum.3.Decoction of ZiShen QingXin could inhibit the protein and gene expression of Bax and while up-regulate the protein and gene expression of Bcl-2 and increase the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax4.Decoction of ZiShen QingXin could reduce the expression of cyto-c protein and gene.Conelusion:1. Decoction of ZiShen QingXin could regulate the hormone level in serum of elimacterie rats.2. Decoction of ZiShen QingXin could decrease the CGRP level in serum of rats, so as to improve the perimenopausal syndrome hot flashes.3. Decoction of ZiShen QingXin could inhibit Bax protein gene expression, up -regulation the protein and gene expression of Bcl-2. Decoction of ZiShen QingXin could defer The apoptosisi of granule cell in ovary which make it could treat climacteric syndrome.4. Decoction of ZiShen QingXin by Bax protein expression and gene suppression, increased Bcl-2 protein expression and gene upregulated Bcl-2/Bax ratio reached delaying ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis purposes. |
