Objective: This paper was to observe the instant analgesic effect of the therapy thatpenetration needling in Xing&Shu point of Hand-Shaoyang meridians combined withconventional acupuncture for the migraineur,and explore its clinical mechanism,andcompare with conventional needling technic in analgesic effect,then supply a much moreconvenient and effective instant analgesic method for migraineur.Method: In accordance with the inclusive criteria,60patients were randomly dividedinto treatment group and control group,30cases for each group.Both groups were givenconventionala cupuncture in the points of temple(HN5),Sizhukong(SJ23),Jiaosun(SJ20),Shuaigu(GB8),Waiguan(SJ5),Zulinqi(GB41)on the side of headache, in addition,treatmentgroup was given the therapy that penetrating toward from Yemen(SJ2) point toZhongzhu(SJ3) point and the needling depth was about20mm and retaining the needlelasting for20min when the patients have a strong feeling of qi.Observed the timelytreatment VAS values before and after and headache signs integral change,andmakeefficacy evaluation.Result: Both methods have cure efficacy in treating migraine;The effective rate oftreatment group was90.00%,while control group80.00%,Statistical analysis showedthat,before and after treatment,VAS values and the change of headache integral,the twogroups have a significant difference (p<0.05),treatment group was superior to controlgroup in therapeutic efficacy.Conclusion: Both methods have effect in treating migraine,by contrast,penetrationneedling in Xing&Shu point of Hand-Shaoyang meridians combined with conventional acupuncture has a better effect than simple conventional acupuncture technic.
