| Objective:By observing the change of the patients'serum IgG and IgM, study the mechanism of the treatment of migraine by acupuncturing at ningshen point.Methods:60 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group (ningshen point combined with conventional acupuncture point) and the control group (conventional acupuncture point),30 cases in each group, after 2 courses of treatment, observation of the two groups before treatment and after treatment the headache, degree, the change of the duration and accompanying symptoms, with integral headache integral method, the determination of the two groups before treatment and after treatment the value of serum IgG, IgM.Results1.Two groups after treatment are effective, compared with before treatment with significant difference (P< 0.05), and the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group, two groups after treatment efficacy compared with significant difference (P<0.05).2.The two groups after treatment in patients with serum IgG,IgM was reduced and the and the treatment group than the control group to reduce more obvious.Conclusions1. Acupuncture Ningshen point has obvious curative effect on migraine.2. Ningshen point acupuncture treatment migraine can decrease the content of serum IgG,IgM.3. Ningshen point acupuncture treatment of migraine mechanism may be related to regulate and control the content of serum IgG,IgM. |
