Objective:Through collecting and analyzing the acupuncture point injection in the treatment of migraine in modern literature, digging holes found acupuncture point injection in the treatment of migraine, and chosen the principle of using acupuncture point and so on various aspects of the drugs used specificity regularity and characteristics of the and systematic collection and analysis, provide clinical acupuncture in the treatment of migraine with acupuncture point, medication chosen basis and guidance and reference significance.Methods:By retrieving electronic database of Chinese journal full-text database(CNKI), VIP resource system database(VIP), Wan Fang thesis database(WF), extraction into standard literature, using Microsoft Access, Excel data for statistical analysis.Results:1.The top 6use of frequencies up to the acupoints of the commonly used acupoints in acupuncture point injection in the treatment of migraine are Fengchi,Taiyang,Baihui,Ashixue,Shuaigu,Touwei. Single acupuncture point injection choose Fengchi highest frequency; Two point compatibility, Fengchi and Yanglingquan are the highest frequency.2. Chooses Gall Bladder Channel of Foot-Shaoyang 13 acupuncture point injection therapy,Taiyang Bladder Channel of Foot by 8 acupuncture point injection therapy,triple energizer meridian is less by 5 acupuncture point injection therapy.3. Use the highest frequency of pharmaceutical preparations is vitamin B12, use frequency and highest traditional Chinese is angelica injection.Conclusion:1. Acupuncture point injection in the treatment of migraine to choose 1 to 3 points of injection, acupoint application frequency difference is obvious; points mainly come from foot Shaoyang gallbladder,and the supplement is foot Taiyang bladder meridian and hand Shaoyang triple burner.2.
