Objective:Through the observation of blood-letting puncture combined with ear point sticking compared with regular acupuncture therapy for migraine.Evaluating the differences of two kinds of methods of the instant analgesic effect and the long-term follow-up result, exploring the effective method of clinical treatment of migraine, for the treatment of migraine provides an effective means.Methods:60migraine patients that included in the standard were randomly grouped into treatment group and control group by single blind, randomized, controlled study method.30 patients of treatment group accept blood-letting puncture combined with ear point sticking.Acupuncture points for blood-letting of treatment group are Yintang,Yangbai (affected side) and Taiyang (affected side). The amount of bleeding is 3-5 drops; The points of ear point sticking are Nie, Shenmen,Jiaogan,Gan,Pizhixia and Neifenmi and stick each side for 3 days cooperating with pressing 2-3 times for 2 minutes.Treat once every 3 days,2 times a week,a total of treatment for 3 weeks.30 patients in control group accept regular acupuncture treatment for Baihui, Taiyang, Shuaigu,Fengchi,Neiguan, Taichong and Ashi by neutral supplementation and draining method. After being points needling, connecting KWD-808 ? multi-function pulse therapeutic apparatus, continuous wave, frequency of 2hz, strength for patients able to tolerate and comfortable degree, every time 30minutes.Treatment of six times a week, rest 1 day,a total of treatment for 3 weeks.By visual analogue scale(VAS) to compare two groups of patients before and 1h later for the first time treatment to evaluate the instant analgesic efficacy.Using the way such as telephone, mail access or outpatient follow-up visit the headache integral scale scores of before treatment and 3months later in both groups, compare the total curative effect, evaluate the long-term follow-up result of the two groups.Results:1.The baseline data:There is no statistical significance in gender, age, course of the disease and headache severity of two groups of patients (p>0.05).In the study,2 patients fell off in treatment group and 1 patient fell off and 1 patient was eliminated in control group.2.The instant analgesic effect:Two groups of patients before first treatment VAS score comparison difference has no statistical significance (p>0.05),comparable.The VAS score of before the first time treatment and 1h later comparisons have very significant difference of the two groups (p<0.01). Comparing the VAS value difference in the two groups before and after the first time treatment was very significant difference(p<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The long-term follow-up result:The two groups before treatment in patients with headache integral comparison difference has no statistical significance(p>0.05),comparable.Two groups before treatment and after 3 months headache integral value comparisons have very significant difference (p<0.01).The total clinical curative effect of treatment group is 82.14%,the total clinical curative effect of control group is 75.00%,compared the curative effect of two groups, the rank-sum test has significant difference (Z=-2.276, p<0.05),the curative effect treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Both the bloodletting puncture combined with ear point sticking and regular acupuncture have instant analgesic effects on the patients with migraine, the former is obviously superior to the latter.2.Both the bloodletting puncture combined with ear point sticking and regular acupuncture have long-term follow-up results on the patients with migraine, the former is superior to the latter.
