| Objective:To observe and analyze the heart rate variability of lacunar cerebral infarction patients by acupuncture Qiangjian point through Naohu point, and to study the influence of Qiangjian point through Naohu point on autonomic nervous function,to provide a point selection basis for clinical treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction complicated with autonomic nervous dysfunction.Methods:60 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction,23 males and 37 females, aged between 40 and 80 years, with duration of disease between 2 weeks and6 months, who met the inclusion criteria, were selected, and grouped using the random number table method. In the control group, the acupuncture points were selected in accordance with the treatment plan for meridians in stroke in the 13thTextbook of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, while in the test group, the acupuncture points were added to the control group. The HRV time domain index and frequency domain index of the two groups were monitored at 6 time points, namely 5 minutes before,at the time of acupuncture,at the time of the first acupuncture stroke,at the time of the second acupuncture stroke,at the time of acupuncture discharge and at 10 minutes after the acupuncture discharge.Results:1.HRV time domain index:MIN HR and MAX HR decreased significantly at each time point in the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Mean HR in test group decreased significantly at each time point(P<0.05),while in control group, mean HR decreased significantly at injection, first injection and withdrawal(P<0.05),but no significant change was observed at the second injection and 10 minutes after injection(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The value of SDNN increased significantly at all time points in the two groups(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was significant at the first and second needles(P<0.05),but not significant at the other time points(P>0.05).The value of RMSSD in both groups increased significantly at each time point(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was significant at the first acupuncture(P<0.05),but not significant at the other time points(P>0.05).2.HRV frequency domain index:VLF value in experimental group increased significantly at the time of injection, first injection and withdrawal(P<0.05),decreased significantly at the second injection and 10 minutes after withdrawal(P<0.05),increased significantly at the time of injection in control group(P<0.05),and decreased significantly at the first injection, second injection and 10 minutes after withdrawal(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the value of needle extraction(P>0.05).The numerical difference between the two groups was significant at the first acupuncture(P<0.05)and not significant at the other time points(P>0.05).LF increased at the first and second injection of the experimental group, decreased at injection, withdrawal and 10 minutes after injection(P<0.05),and decreased in the control group(P<0.05).The numerical difference between the two groups was significant at the first and second time(P<0.05),but not significant at the other time points(P>0.05).The value of HF in the two groups increased significantly at each time point(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The LF/HF values of the two groups decreased significantly at each time point(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Qiangjian Point through Naohu point can regulate autonomic nervous function in patients with lacunar infarction in convalescent period better than traditional acupuncture point selection group. There was no significant difference in the effect of acupuncture on sympathetic nerve function regulation in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction in the recovery period between the test and the control group. The effect of acupuncture on the function of vagus nerve in patients with lacunar infarction in convalescent stage is better than that in the traditional acupuncture group. |
