Clinical Observation Of Quanliao Penetrating Ying Xiang Combined With Conventional Acupuncture In Treating Allergic Rhinitis

objectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of quanliao penetrating yingxiang combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).To explore the basis of acupoint selection and manipulation,and to compare quanliao penetrating yingxiang combined with conventional acupuncture with conventional ac upuncture.In order to further explore more effective treatment methods to improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients.And it is widely used in clinical practice.Methods60 patients with allergic rhinitis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group received quanliao penetrating yingxiang combined with conventional acupuncture,daily 1 time,6 times a week,for a total of 2 weeks;the control group received conventional acupuncture treatment,1 time,6 times a week,for a total of 2 weeks.The Total Nasal Symptom Scale(TNSS)score,Total Rhinitis Associated Symptoms Scale(TNNSS)score,sign score,nasal-conjunctival-related life scale(RQLQ)score and serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels,and were followed up 3 months after the end of treatment The TNSS scores,TNNSS scores,sign scores and RQLQ scores of patients in the two groups were recorded in order to observe the recurrence of symptoms.Results1 After treatment,the TNSS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).And in the 3-month follow-up after the treatment,the TNSS scores of both the observation group and the control group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,it is suggested that quanliao penetrating yingxiang combined with conventional acupuncture is better than conventional acupuncture in improving nasal symptoms of patients,and the long-term curative effect is more stable.2 After treatment,the TNNSS scores of the two groups of patients decreased significantly(P<0.01),and at the follow-up after 3 months,the TNNSS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The therapeutic effects were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,it is suggested that quanliao penetrating yingxiang combined with conventional acupuncture can more effectively improve the symptoms associated with rhinitis.3 After receiving treatment,the scores of physical signs decreased significantly(P<0.05).During the 3-month follow-up after the treatment,the signs scores of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,it is suggested thatquanliao penetrating yingxiang combined with conventional acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in reducing the symptoms of rhinitis in patients.4 After treatment,the serum IgE levels of the two groups of patients decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the IgE level of the observation group after treatment decreased significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).5 The total effective rate of quanliao penetrating yingxiang combined with conventional acupuncture was 93.3%(28/30),and the total effective rate of conventional acupuncture was 70.00%(21/30,P<0.05).The rank sum test showed that the two groups had significant curative effects.The difference(P<0.05)shows that the clinical curative effect of quanliao penetrating yingxiang combined with conventional acupuncture is better than that of conventional acupuncture.Conclusion1 Both quanliao penetrating yingxiang combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture are effective in treating allergic rhinitis,and zquanliao penetrating yingxiang combined with conventional acupuncture is a more effective method for the treatment of allergic rhinitis,compared with only The clinical efficacy is better when conventional acupuncture is used.2 Quanliao penetrating yingxiang combined with conventional acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving the symptoms and signs of rhinitis and improving the quality of life of patients,and can better reduce serum IgE levels and alleviate allergic reactions,providing clinical support Theoretical basis has the significance and value of clinical promotion.
