Clinical Observation Of Joint Manipulation Combined With Exercise Therapy For Treatment Of Dislocation Of Sacroiliac Joint Subluxation

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sacroiliac joint subluxation with arthrosis and exercise therapy,and to evaluate its effectiveness and possibility of clinical application.Method:60 patients who meet the inclusion criteria were according to 1:1 divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.The treatment group was dominated by joint rehabilitation and exercise therapy,while the control group was given exercise therapy.The main symptoms and pain scores of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment.Result:The effective rate was 100% in the treatment group,but the effective rate was 83.33% in the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.And there was a significant difference(p<0.05).The cure rate in the treatment group was 83.33%,and the control group was 60%.The treatment group was significantly different from the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion: Manipulative reduction combined with exercise therapy for the treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation is effective in relieving pain and other aspects,and significantly reduces the treatment time compared with exercise therapy.It is worth promoting in clinic.
