| Objectives:1.To provide anatomical evidence for the clinical diagnosis of subluxation of sacroiliac joint.2.The clinical situations of subluxation of sacro-iliac joint were analyzed and overall retrospect ed in order to offer basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.3.To provide a simple and practical physical examination method for AS in clinics.Methods:1.The bilateral sacroiliac joint and secondary sacroiliac joint were observed on 112 cases of dry adult sacrums, and both geographical position, maximum diameter, the largest longitudinal diameter were measured, date obtained was analysised by SPSS13.0.2.The related documents were collected, analyzed and summarized.3.The positiverate and NPRS tests on distractions, compressions, patrick's and percussions were compared in 34 cases with AS.Results:1.There were 26 cases have bilateral secondary sacroiliac joint while 14 cases have unbilateral secondary sacroiliac joint(8 cases in left,6 cases in right);the maximum diameter is 2.30cm and the largest longitudinal diameter is 2.80cm of the secondary sacroiliac joint, and most of its under location on the same level with the 3rd sacral vertebrae;while the maximum diameter is 2.55cm and the largest longitudinal diameter is 5.35cm of the sacroiliac joint, and most of its under location on the level between the 3rd and 2nd sacral vertebrae.2.For diagnosis and treatment, pathology, clinical manifestation and the cause of subluxation of sacro-iliac joint,TCM has a set of more complete system.3.The positive rate and NPRS tests of distractions, compressions, patrick's and percussions showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Subluxation of sacroiliac joint is unlikely because the auricular surface is so irregular and uneven.2.For the treatment of subluxation of sacro-iliac joint, the manipulation has characteristic. However lacking objective index in the standard of diagnosis and treatment,it is necessary to carry out further research and perfect.3.The method of percussion test can be served as a method for the conventional physical examinations of AS. |
