objective:1.The aim of this study is to explore the intrinsic link between head nursemanagement and Confucian benevolence thinking. According to benevolenceconnotation of "Christine,Tolerance,Trust,Agility and Kindness" as the startingpoints. Building the actuality investigation questionnaire about benevolence behaviorability of head nurse management. Evaluate and validate the reliability and validity ofquestionnaire, provided tools for benevolence behavior ability actuality investigationof the head nurse.2.Investigated The charity behavior present situation investigation of head nursemanagement in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Guizhou province,analysised thefactors of affecting the charity behavior ability of head nurse, providing scientificbasis for the job training of head nurse.Methods:Applicated literature analysis and theoretical analysis, building the actualityinvestigation questionnaire about benevolence behavior ability of head nurse management;design the current situation questionnaire about the benevolence behavior ability of headnurses’ management ability;applicated Delphi method:doing a selection of actualityinvestigation questionnaire entry;use Cronbach coefficient homogeneous validity testingbetween variable partial correlation KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) doing reliability andvalidity test of actuality investigation questionnaire;applicated questionnaire surveymethod to analysis the caring benevolence behavior ability cognition situation,use Excel2003and SPSS17.0statistical software for data processing.Results:1.Built the current situation of the benevolence behavior ability of head nurse managementability questionnaire according to Charity connotation of "Christine,Tolerance,Trust,Agility and Kindness" as the starting points. Including“Self,Others,Society,Nature,Christine,Tolerance,Trust,Agility and Kindness”9Level-1items,55Level-2items; Three rounds of expert consultation,the expert authority coefficient is0.84, the authorityof experts degree is higher,shows that the expert has good representativeness and authority.Three expert consultation questionnaire survey recoveries were93.33%,100%and100%,the second and third expert advice coordination coefficient of round coefficients were0.337and0.222,all have been tested statistically significant (P <0.01),which showedreliable results.2. Reliability and validity of benevolence behavior questionnaire:this research mainly useCronbach coefficient to evaluate the internal consistency reliability. The overall reliabilityChronbach’s α is0.941,Overall internal consistency is very good;Chronbach’s α range ofeach dimension distribute is between0.612~0.898,which showed a acceptable internalconsistency;homogeneous validity testing between variable partial correlation KMO(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) of the questionnaire is0.728,Bartlett’s spherical test x2is4596.244,P<0.05,validity of the various dimensions of KMO measure the distribution range isbetween0.634~0.900;it showed the questionnaire has a good construct validity.3.The benevolence behavior of head nurse management ability questionnaire survey of10hospitals in Guizhou Province:benevolence behavior ability score of head nurse was28.92±4.183points;Nurses assess head nurse questionnaire survey:benevolence behaviorability score was18.75±7.031points;multiple linear regression analysis results:there wasa significant positive correlation between head nurses’ age,title,years of served as headnurse, training situation before head nurse and the head nurse’s benevolence behavior (P<0.05);Stratified chi-square analysis results:after as a head nurse,training needs ofConfucian benevolence knowledge is81.6%,willing to participate in training relatedknowledge of Confucian benevolence is95.7%.Conclusion:1.This research use Chinese Confucian benevolence connotation "Christine,Tolerance,Trust,Agility and Kindness" as the starting points,Built the current situation questionnaireabout the benevolence behavior ability of head nurses’ management ability,reliability andvalidity of the test results good,in the implementation of Guizhou Province,initiallyvalidated the usefulness and operability of the tool,which showed can be used as a tool to assess the ability of head nurse’s benevolence behavior ability.2.Confucian benevolence knowledge and care management applications understanding ofhead nurse in Guizhou Province is poor,the rate of training is low and was demanded.3.Head nurse’s age, title, office term and training experience were related to thebenevolence behavior cognitive ability.
