Objectives Objective To understand the status and analyze the influence factors of the head nurse's leadership behavior in Tertiary level hospital of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province.Methods A random cluster sampling, selected in November 2014- January 2015 Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, five hospitals and clinical departments where sections255 matron matron direct leadership of the 1275 questionnaire nurses investigation,including the head nurse general information(including age, sex, marriage, job, education,work experience, served as matron of years, of preparation, salary, working mode,character, pre-job training, benefits satisfaction, etc.). Ma Poetry Le Burnout Inventory,pluralistic leadership style scale, work values scale, hospital leadership behavior assessment scale, all the data using statistical software SPSS17.0 test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results 1 head nurse leadership behaviors of head nurses leadership behavior total score(77.78±7.55)points, including job performance dimension score(41.38±3.51)points, the scores of the group to maintain(36.39±4.52) points. Compared with the overall mean score according to both functions, the head nurse leadership leadership behavior into four types,PM(high job performance, maintain high groups) 103 people(40.3%); p M(low job performance, high society maintain) 25 people(9.8%); Pm(high job performance groups maintain low)33 people(12.8%); pm(low job performance groups maintain low)94(36.9per cent). 2 impact head nurse leadership behavior of single factor analysis: single-factor analysis of head nurse leadership behavior scores: head nurse leadership behavior scores in education, job title, salary, working manner, personality, training, relationships with colleagues, subordinates, career respected level of benefits satisfaction, burnout, leadership and work values differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); single factor affecting job performance of head nurses leadership behavior analysis dimensions: head nurse leadership behavior dimensions of job performance in education, job title, salary,personality, training, vocational respected level of benefits satisfaction, burnout, leadership and work values differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); groups maintain leadership behaviors affect matron dimension the univariate analysis: matron groups maintain leadership behavior dimensions in education, job title, salary, working mode,character, colleagues, subordinate relationship, career respect the degree of satisfaction,benefits, job burnout, leadership and work values differences It was statistically significant(P<0.05). 3 influence leadership behavior of head nurses out multivariate analysis: The main factors affecting the head nurse leadership behavior scores were:education, working manner, personality, training, benefits satisfaction, burnout, leadership and work values; influence the main factors for the head nurse job performance dimensions:education, training, job burnout, leadership and work values; the main factors that influence society matron maintain dimension of education, personality, relationships with colleagues and subordinates, burnout, leadership and working values.Conclusion 1 Shijiazhuang, Hebei three hospital matron pm(low job performance groups maintain low) leadership behavior types accounted for 36.9%, of leadership behavior, in which scores of job performance(41.38±3.51 points) higher than the group to maintain dimensions score(36.39±4.52 points), nurse pay more attention to job performance,ignoring maintain community relations. 2 Multi-factor analysis showed that the main factors affecting the head nurse leadership behavior scores were: education, working manner, personality, training, benefits satisfaction, burnout leadership and work values; the main factors of job performance dimensions: education, job burnout, leadership and work values. The main factors groups maintain dimensions: education, personality, and coworkers, subordinates, burnout, leadership and work values.
