Preliminary Study On The Establishment Of Risk Management Ability Evaluation Index System For Head Nurses

Objective:To develop a head nurses,risk management ability evaluation index system,provide a scientific assessment tool for evaluation of head nurses,ability.On the basic of this,the index system was used to understand the status of head nurses,risk management ability,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Methods:By using the methods of literature analysis,expert interview and the Delphi method to establish theindex system of content and dimensions,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of index;using the index system of preliminary construction compiled into a questionnaire to self-assessment head nurses,risk management ability.The pre-survey about 100 clinical head nurses from 2 Third Grade Class A General Hospital of Shanxi and examine its reliability and validity.On the basis of good reliability and validity,285 nurses in Shanxi Province 8 Third Grade Class A General Hospitals were measured,and analysis the influencing factors.Results:1.Preliminary construction of risk management ability evaluation index system for head nurses The Positive coefficient of two round consultant were 0.82,0.86,18 experts proposed amendment.Expert consultation results show that the judgment(Ca)was 0.922,the familiarity(Cs)was 0.855,the degree of authority(Cr)was 0.889,have a high degree of expert authority.The coefficient of variation(CV)of two rounds of expert consultation was <0.25.In the second round of consultation,the harmony coefficient(W)of primary index and the two indicators were 0.498?0.197,shows that the coordination of expert opinion is more consistent.Finally,the 4 primary indexes and weights are established,nursing risk identify ability(0.396),nursing risk settlement nursing risk risk identify ability(0.396),nursing risk settlement ability(0.396),nursing risk assessment(0.122),nursing risk management evaluation ability(0.086),12 two indexes and 35 items.2.The reliability and validity of the index system of risk management ability for head nurses Reliability: the overall Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.960,the split half reliability was 0.884;Validity: The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.97% after the extraction of the common factor of 4.The structure of index system was consistent with the expected idea.3.The application of index system about head nurses,risk management ability Through the single factor analysis,the influencing factors of risk management ability of head nurses are age,length of service,professional title,different academic degrees,continuing education.Multiple linear analysis regression showed that length of service,different academic degrees and continuing education are the main factors,all have positive correlation.Conclusion:1.To establish the index system of risk management ability for head nurses,including 4primary indexes and 12 two indexes and 35 items.2.Index system has good reliability and validity.3.The influencing factors of risk management ability of head nurses are age,length of service,professional title,different academic degrees,continuing education.The length of service,different academic degrees,continuing education have a significant impact.
