Job satisfaction is always the key topics common concern of organization managers and the staff, is also an important part of long-term research in organizational behavior, The influence factors of job satisfaction research is a very important content. With social progress and economic development, health service mode of change, and the attention of the medical quality, Medical institutions need to continually upgrade the medical quality to meet the needs of people. Nursing staff is the most number of the medical team members, and is also one of the most special groups, Nursing work contents are becoming diversified, clinical nursing staff are under increasing pressure. The level of job satisfaction affects clinical quality, staff turnover, even the development of the nursing profession. The hospital is one of the pilot hospitals of quality care demonstration project. Nurses must finish basic nursing expect the heavy conditions in the observation and the implementation of doctor orders. This had led to the workload increased, the pressure increased, and satisfaction diminution, the work of the psychological pressure are overwhelmed. According to a survey of domestic,50.5% nurse exist sleep disorders, there are 2.5%nurses suffering from depression, varicose veins accounted for 7.5% and endocrine disorders accounted for 8.5%.It is necessary to concentrate on this special crowd. It is significant to analysis the influence factors of job satisfaction, and puts forward relevant suggestions, hoping to improve nursing staff job satisfaction, to protect their physical and mental health provide theory basis.This study adopts questionnaire. There are 442 nurses except Clinical graduate, interns and who learning, leaving out those can't accomplish questionnaire in Changchun City, who worked the First Hospital of Jilin University in August-December 2010 have been collected by the method of convenient sampling. SPSS 13.0 statistical software has been used for statistical analysis.This study surveyed 442 nurses with Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire. Analysis the relations between Intrinsic Satisfaction, Extrinsic Satisfaction, General Satisfaction and gender, age, working years, job departments, and titles. The results are following:the proportion of nursing staff in the male gender increased(11.99%),the main is below 30 years old(71.49%).The singled accounted for 55.88%,the nurse whose working time in less than 5 years accounting for 66.97%.In the degree, the number of bachelor and junior college is increasing, accounting for 94.34%.The proportion of the contract nurses increased, accounting for 73.53%. Different marital status, post, record of formal schooling, position of nursing staff job satisfaction are statistically significant. The factors are following with matrix analysis. Reward and opportunity for advancement, working stability, the diversity of work, etc,those factors of evaluation is not high, but they are a great impact factors of nursing staff job satisfaction, is a priority problems need to be solved, the attitude of Leaders treat the employees, leadership decision-making ability, reward after work, nursing staff feel more satisfied, work environment, The busy working level,etc, those factors of evaluation is not high, but they are less factors of nursing staff job satisfaction. Under the condition of the limited resources they can be put on hold.The hospital of nursing staff job satisfaction is not very high in Changchun. With the development of society, The proportion of male nurses are getting more and more. This research shows that male nurse inner satisfaction is low, They need more social and colleague's sense of self-identity. From different gender, age, working years, job title of departments, and analysis of internal satisfaction, external satisfaction and overall satisfaction relationship are statistically significant, through analysis, we will find that equilibrium point to solve the factors that the most conduct to overall satisfaction and the most efficacious under effective resources. Hospital administrators in formulating and implementing policies need to put all factors into consideration, formulate personalization policies, and let organization existing human resources to play out the maximum benefit and effectively achieve organizational goals, and provide empirical basis of optimizing job content and arouse optimal potential.
