Hospital staff as hospital’s core strength, it’s job satisfaction is not only related to staffs own health, but also directly affect the provided medical service quality and patient satisfaction and employee’s work efficiency. Therefore, the hospital staff satisfaction survey is of great significance. The purpose of this paper is understanding tumor specialized subject hospital staffs ideological status quo, identify which are the key factors that affect employee satisfaction, accordingly for cancer specialized subject hospital managers’ management to make recommendations. Improve the hospital employee satisfaction, will be conducive to the hospital culture construction, improve the staffs loyalty and sense of belonging, reduce the loss of hospital personnel also indirectly enhance the hospital medical service quality and patients satisfaction.This study is based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign periodicals, papers and works. According to the actual situation of hubei province cancer hospital, designed for the localization of hospital staff satisfaction questionnaire, the object of study include hospital medical staff, administrative staff, support staff, and middle-level cadres. This study includes the evaluation of hospital, working conditions, environment, safety management, personal development, such as 15 dimensions, using Likert category five attitude scale method, finally the results of data SPSS 19.0 statistical software analysis.Results:(1) The cancer hospital staffs overall satisfaction is higher, but compared to other hospitals,satisfaction remains to be strengthened; Employee satisfaction of employees on the safety of the hospital management, personal rewards, work the most are not satisfied, return the hospital in the three dimensions need to strengthen; (2) In the population characteristics, female employee satisfaction is generally higher than the male employees; Satisfaction increased with the increase of age, we should pay more attention to the needs of young people; Ordinary staff satisfaction is lower than administrative and middle-level cadres, hospital managers should put more attention on medical staff; Satisfaction with the work life of rise is also gradually increase, should be more strengthened just enter the workplace employees sense of belonging to the hospital; Master degree of staff colleges and vocational secondary schools than undergraduate, employee satisfaction is low, should play highly educated talents, implement the strategy of talent training; (3) Important model build employee satisfaction, work reward, personal development, safety management is the largest correlation with employee satisfaction and satisfaction with the lowest three factors, should be a cause of hospital leaders pay special attention to.
