The Research And Establishment Of Chinese Flight Nurses’s Core Knowledge System

Objectives The purpose of this study is through the research and analysis of the flightnurses’ training curriculum of developed countries and to combined with our country’spractical situation to establish the Chinese flight nurses’ core knowledge system. Toaccelerate the development of the professional flight nurses in our country，and toprovide a reference for the flight nurses’ training and selection.Methods Application of the literature surveys，comparisom research to explore theframework of Chinese Flight Nurses’ core knowledge based on the theory, basicprinciples，and the beginning of the proposed index；According to the research purposedesigned the questionnaires, grasping the nurses’demand of the flight nurse’s trainingwith the demand survey and expert interviews. The application of Delphi expertconsultation method of screening indicators；Used Analytic Hierarchy Process todetermine the weights of the index system；Application of Epidata3.1、Excel2007andSPSS16.0statistical software for data processing．Results1.Through the demand survey of the flight nurse’s training, most nurses havenever accepted the train of the aviation nursing, there are only17.32%have done; Thereare96.97%people think that it is necessary to proceed the normal training of the flightnurse; High average demand of each module, and the average level of demand is4.26;There are differences in each dimension entry level of requirements, requirements in thetop five course entries are based on the practical skills, high demand for practical skills.2.To determine the introduction of the basic knowledge for the aviation nursing、thebasic knowledge of the aviation、the knowledge of the aviation medical、the coreknowledge of the aviation nursing、the core skills of the aviation nursing、themanagement of the flight nursing、the development of the flight nurse、the aviationmedical English and the practice of flight nurse for the nine major categories of index and has a layered structure of the evaluation indicators, including a nine—level index,two indicators51, the three indicators196; two rounds of the survey of experts assignedto the central tendency of index’mean is more obvious, the coefficient of variation tendsto decrease, the coordination coefficient tends to increase gradually increased,indicating that the views of experts on indicators of a gradual increase in the level ofcoordination, index reasonable screening.3.Set the weights values of the indicators atall levels．Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process, to determine the importance of themean difference between high and low Saaty，build the judgment matrix，used todetermine the weight of root and the largest eigenvalue and，the level ordering and theconsistency test, The results showed that consistency at all levels to meet therequirements of index in order to work out the values of an index weight were：0.150、0.065、0.117、0.231、0.231、0.055、0.033、0.021、0.097. And use the principle ofmultiplication to principle to calculate the combined weights of indicators at all levels.4.The group of advisory expert to choose a reasonable， high credibility of thefindings．The basic situation of the Group of Experts to conduct a qualitative analysis,as well as the extent of the Group of Experts on quantitative analysis of the authority(the expert authority of the overall coefficient is0.77), the results show that the expertgroup has good representation, hierarchy and authority; consultation questionnairerecovery are as follows：100%,94%, the expert on this study has a high degree ofenthusiasm and concern；expert coordination of statistical population index coefficientswere0.447(P <0.01), indicating the coordination of expert advice good, expertsforecast is built on the basis of theoretical analysis and work experience, high credibility,the survey results desirable.Conclusions The development of Chinese flight nurses is the inevitable trend，throughthe research of flight nurses’ training knowledge of developed countries，and combinedwith our country’s practical situation，established the index system of Chinese nurses’core knowledge system，which is provided a reference for the flight nurses’ training and selection，and also provided the professional storage for aviation medical rescue system.
