ObjectiveThis study aims to establish an evaluation index system for the core competence of nutrition nursing nurses, which is in line with the scientific and operational development of current nursing in China, and to scientifically evaluate the core competence level of nutrition nursing specialist nurses, and to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the assessment,follow-up training and development of nutrition nursing specialist nurses.MethodsLiterature review, expert interview, expert meeting,Delphi expert letter consultation and some other methods were used to preliminarily construct the outline framework of the evaluation index system for the core competence of nutrition nursing specialist nurses.Expert positive coefficient, authority coefficient, coordination coefficient and variation coefficient of expert opinions were adopted to analyze the enthusiasm, authority and coordination degree between experts and each index, and the core competence evaluation index system is determined,The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was employed to calculate the consistency and weight of each index.Results1.The evaluation index system for the core competence of nutrition nursing specialist nurses included 6 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 54 third-level indicators, including clinical nursing practice ability, consultation and guidance ability, teamwork ability, leadership and management ability, research and application ability,self-development ability and professional development ability.2.The recovery rates of the first and second rounds of Delphi expert correspondence questionnaire were 100%and 88.9%,respectively.The coefficient of expert evaluation index, expert familiarity, and expert authority were 0.956,0.86 and 0.908,respectively.The coordination coefficients of three-level indicators in the second round of expert letter consultation were 0.166,0.171 and 0.19,respectively.P values of chi-square test of coordination coefficients in two rounds of expert letter consultation were all less than 0.05.3.In this study,AHP method was employed to determine the weight of the first, second and third evaluation indexes of the core competence for nutrition nursing specialist nurses. The weight of the first index from high to low was as follows:clinical nursing practice ability 0.1979,consulting and guidance ability 0.1809,research and application ability 0.1755,self-development and professional development ability 0.1704,leadership and management ability 0.1558,team collaboration ability 0.1195.Conclusion1.With the rational use of a variety of scientific research methods, the evaluation index system for the core competence of nutrition nursing specialist nurses was successfully constructed, including 6 first-level indicators,1 7 second-level indicators and 54 third-level indicators. This system provided the scientific basis for the evaluation of the capacity for nutrition nursing specialist nurses.2.In the present study,AHP method was used to rank the weights of the primary, secondary and tertiary indexes of the evaluation index system of the core competence of nutrition nursing specialist nurses, and specific quantification of the weights was carried out to facilitate observation and operation.3.The statistical analysis results of this study showed that the letter consultation experts had higher research enthusiasm, higher authority, more consistent advice and better coordination. Thus, the results of this study had high scientificity and credibility.
