The Research And Establishment Of Chinese Flight Nurses’ Competency Standards Index System

Objectives The purpose of this study is through the research and analysis of the flightnurses’ competency standards index system of developed countries and to combinedwith our country’s practical situation to establish the Chinese flight nurses’ competencystandards index system.To accelerate the development of the professional flight nursesin our country，and to provide a reference for the flight nurses’ training and selection.Methods Application of the literature analysis，theoretical analysis，expert interviewsto explore the framework of Chinese Flight Nurses’ Competency Standards based on thetheory, basic principles，and the beginning of the proposed index；the application ofDelphi expert consultation method of screening indicators；used Analytic HierarchyProcess to determine the weights of the index system；utilization coefficient’s α，thecorrelation coefficient indicator system such as reliability and validity testing；application of Excel2007and SPSS13.0statistical software for data processing．Results1.To determine the practice of ethics and legal ability, critical thinking andanalytical skills, physical and mental qualities, flight nursing clinical practice ability,flight nursing management capabilities, interpersonal skills, occupational developmentcapability, education and consultation capacity, research capability for the nine majorcategories of index and has a layered structure of the evaluation indicators, including anine—level index, two indicators25, the three indicators95; two rounds of the surveyof experts assigned to the central tendency of index’mean is more obvious, thecoefficient of variation tends to decrease, the coordination coefficient tends to increasegradually increased, indicating that the views of experts on indicators of a gradualincrease in the level of coordination, index reasonable screening.2.Set the weights values of the indicators at all levels．Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process, todetermine the importance of the mean difference between high and low Saaty，build thejudgment matrix，used to determine the weight of root and the largest eigenvalue and，the level ordering and the consistency test, The results showed that consistency at alllevels to meet the requirements of index in order to work out the values of an indexweight were：0.067、0.094、0.240、0.308、0.130、0.077、0.027、0.037、0.020. And use the principle of multiplication to principle to calculate the combinedweights of indicators at all levels, as detailed in Appendix X.3.The group of advisoryexpert to choose a reasonable，high credibility of the findings．The basic situation of theGroup of Experts to conduct a qualitative analysis, as well as the extent of the Group ofExperts on quantitative analysis of the authority (the expert authority of the overallcoefficient is0.846), the results show that the expert group has good representation,hierarchy and authority; consultation questionnaire recovery are as follows：96.66%,89.29%, the expert on this study has a high degree of enthusiasm and concern；expertcoordination of statistical population index coefficients were0.380,0.388(P <0.01),indicating the coordination of expert advice good, experts forecast is built on the basisof theoretical analysis and work experience, high credibility, the survey results desirable.4. The index system of competency standards has good reliability and validity. Throughthe analysis of the authority of experts, face validity, content validity of the finger indexsystem has good reliability and validity.Conclusions The development of Chinese flight nurses is the inevitable trend，throughthe research of flight nurses’competency standards of developed countries， andcombined with our country’s practical situation，established the index system of Chinesenurses’generic competency standards，which is provided a reference for the flightnurses’ training and selection，and also provided the professional storage for aviationmedical rescue system.
