Investigation And Consideration Of Landscape Design Of Low-income-housing In Beijing

With the sharp development of cities and population, more and more low-income families are unable to afford expensive housing. Therefore, they turn to choosing the government subsidized housing mainly. As the capital of China, Beijing is in the vanguard of development of low-income-housing. Investigating the low-income-housing in Beijing can draw us a picture of the others’. The author is look forward to offer a proposal of Beijing low-income-housing’s landscape design, based on the analysis and research of low-income-housing in Beijing and other places.The first part of this article analyses the cases at home and abroad, discusses the different possibilities in low-income-housing’s landscape design, and provides a choice for the next suggestions. The second part of this article is aimed at the situation of low-income-housing in Beijing, based on comparison and analysis in different aspects, finding out the problems of low-income-housing’s landscape design in Beijing. The third part of this article, based on a practical project, combined the conclusion of the first two parts, summarizes some suggestions of low-income-housing’s landscape in Beijing.Low-income-housing in China is now at an intermediate stage of development, and the theoretical research is still on the initial stage. The author hopes to provide some theoretical support to the construction of low-income-housing in the future.
