In recent decades, real estate enterprises has been the country, the public focus.With the steady growth of our country’s economy, real estate enterprises obtained theunprecedented development, especially in recent years, China’s real estate industryrising, the proportion of gross domestic product is becoming more and more heavy,appear even blowout phenomenon in the individual place.At present our country enterprise cost management of real estate development arerelatively backward, especially in the actual operation level of the project cost control inthis area is not very ideal. Many companies are still in the traditional cost control theoryand method, to control, cost management consciousness weak, the lack ofstandardization and institutionalization, thus inevitably caused the development cost ishigher, low management benefit.In this paper, based on the real estate project cost control theory, from theperspective of cost control, through the system analysis, contradiction analysis, caseanalysis and the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, andcombine the characteristics of the XX program and actual construction situation, theanalysis of investment, design, the problems existing in the bidding stage cost control,focusing on the analysis of cost control management in different stages of theimplementation of the measures. Through the study of XX project cost controlmanagement system, targeted to solve some practical problems arising in the course ofthe project development, put forward the corresponding specific measures to ensure thecost control, offers some Suggestions for the development of real estate projects lateron.
