Research On The Improvement Of Project Cost Control Of AB Real Estate Group

With the development of reform and opening up,the national economy has made rapid development.Among all walks of life,construction and real estate enterprises are particularly outstanding,and have made indelible contributions to promoting China’s economic development.In recent years,with the intensification of market competition,the operating conditions of real estate enterprises have been greatly affected,and the costs of real estate projects have been rising,so the profit margins of enterprises have been compressed.At the same time,the changes in domestic and international forms have also aggravated the survival pressure of enterprises.In view of the above situation,cost management will undoubtedly become the focus of real estate enterprises to achieve sustainable growth.This paper analyzes and demonstrates the cost control management of real estate enterprises by using the methods of literature research,case analysis,site investigation and summarizing methods.This paper is divided into six chapters.It starts with the background analysis of the background and significance of the topic selection and the history of cost control development at home and abroad.Combined with the cost control management and taking the target cost control management adopted by AB Real Estate Group C project as an example,through the method of combining theory with practice,aiming at the current situation of C project cost control management,it adopts the method of asking questions-analyzing questions-solving problems,and analyzes the problems existing in the process of C project cost control management from four angles: target cost formulation,dynamic cost management,bidding and contract planning management and cost database management.Based on the research and analysis of the cost control management process of project C of AB Real Estate Group,this paper puts forward the flow chart with target cost control as the core,and constructs the cost control system with target cost control as the core to solve the problem.I hope this case can provide reference value for enterprise cost control.
